With our “Fully Fitted Hire” or “Self Hire” services we have options to suit all events and budgets.
Our “Fully Fitted” do it for you, stress free, hire facility allows you to enjoy the build up to your special occasion, we will liaise directly with your venue/event coordinator to discuss any details regarding access into your venue for set up and once you have confirmed your requirements with us you will not need to worry, we will deliver to your expectations!
We understand and appreciate that a lot of our clients may have budget constraints or would just prefer to get involved in the excitement of seeing their venue looking spectacular and taking great pride in knowing they produced the finished product this is the beauty of our “Self Hire” facility.
This hire is based on the hirer collecting the items, setting up and returning the items again to Lou’s Bespoke Weddings & Events by Design, if there is a particular item you would like to “Self Hire” or would like a complete “Self Hire” package please contact us, we would be more than happy to provide for your needs.

Starlight LED Backdrop Hire
Our STARLIGHT LED BACKDROP instantly transforms any room, adding glamour, glitz, romance and elegance to your special celebration.
This white starlight backdrop is 6m x 3m as standard but it is possible to make this longer or shorter if required, this gives you the ability to place it anywhere within your venue, whether that will be to emphasise the top table, or to cover an unsightly area of the room whilst also providing a beautiful photography backdrop. It is also supplied with beautiful white drapes which can be changed to accommodate a colour scheme e.g. baby pink for an additional cost.
Embedded within the silk-like folds of the curtain are white Leds which have the ability to twinkle and sparkle at varying speeds depending on the mood and atmosphere you wish to create.
LED 5ft Love Letter Hire
Our fabulous 5ft tall illuminated letters are handcrafted wooden individual letters, hand-finished in antique white. They make a stunning focal point, providing a beautiful, soft diffuse glow which lends a stylish and novel touch to any special event. The letters are for indoor use only.
Chair Cover & Sash Hire
Our Chair Covers fit most types of banqueting chairs, we would hold in stock at all times the most popular White, Ivory and Black but can work with any colour required. We can assure you that any and all covers supplied will be of the highest quality.
We have a fantastic range of Sashes, in a variety of colours and materials beautifully complimenting all Chair Covers .
Our Bespoke policy provides those who like to be unique, the ability for us to create unique Bows and Knots, with added Buckles, Brooches and Embellishments to create that touch of finesse for each individual event
Table Centrepiece Hire
We supply a variety of stylish unique Table Centrepieces that offer bespoke and different effects at an affordable cost. Our range of Centrepieces include Candelabras, Gold Fish Bowls, Martini Glasses, Square Vases, Mini Topiary Trees, Victorian Birdcages to name but a few and all of which can be decorated in a variety of different ways and are supplied with mirror plates and table gems/scatters/petals.

Our pretty handcrafted Candy Carts are fully decorated colour coordinated, presenting an eye catching display of our favourite childhood sweets - taking us on a trip down memory lane. The sweets are presented in elegant glassware, glass candy jars, or vintage style china, decorated in colour coordinating bows, from which guests can choose and fill a Sweetie bag.

Ferrero Rocher Stand Hire
We supply Ferrero Rocher stands in varied shapes and sizes. Our heart shaped stand that is Gold Brown colour looks great with Ferrero Rocher on it, the centre letters are removable and can be replaced with numbers or varied greetings e.g "Happy Birthday".
In addition to dressing the chairs at your wedding venue we can also dress the guest tables, top table, gift and cake tables to create a perfectly coordinated look for your event, we provide this service as it makes sense to have the swagging matching the Chair Sashes in both colour and material. We also incorporate LED lighting to enhance the effect of swagging.
Along with supplying all of the decorating items to make your celebration one to remember, we are also experts in covering unsightly curtains or structural features that just do not fit in with your vision. We use a variety of materials and lighting incorporating your colour scheme to disguise walls, pillars or curtains to make your venue truly visually stunning adding that little extra styling WOW!
Red Carpet Hire
Whether you’re planning a wedding or a corporate event, what better way to give your guests a grand entrance than walking down a red carpet. Our luxury red carpet's gives your event the WOW factor and are available in either 5meter or 10meter lengths.
Toiletries Basket Hire
If you want to go the extra mile for your guests, these baskets are an extra luxury to add at any event, providing your guests with all the essentials for anything that goes astray! We supply to hire, both ladies and gents baskets and also specality baskets e.g. Baby Baskets.
We supply baskets with basic supplies - Mouthwash, Floss Harps, Cotton Buds, Safety Pins, Paracetamol, Chewing Gum, Tissues, Band Aids, Facial Wipes, Deodorant and additional contents will be specific to Ladies and Men's Baskets.
Wishing Well Hire
Wishing Wells are fast becoming the "Must Have" for all occasions and events. Wishing Wells are a polite way of asking for money instead of gifts, which is ideal as most couples have already settled into their new homes.
Wishing Wells come from the tradition of dropping money into a well to make a Wish!
Our Wells are handcrafted to the highest quality and are supplied decorated to compliment any colour scheme and theme, with a beautiful framed personalised poem.
Post Box Hire
Our boxes are hand crafted with a high quality finish, when you hire our boxes, we supply them with a complimentary personalised panel containing the bride and groom names, the wedding date and location. Boxes are designed to ensure contents remain safe by the lockable door, key is in the Hirer's possession for the duration of the hire.

to purchase, decorated in any colour or theme required.
Wish Tree Hire
Wish Trees are the new "Guest Book", the Wish Tree will stand at the venue entrance where guests will write their wishes, advice and thoughts on the Wish Tree Tags and hang them on the Wish Tree.
Our stunning Wish Trees are decorated colour coordinated, are supplied with lights and with an assortment of embellishment decorations. All Trees come with a Framed personalised poem (poem can be removed and added to your memory book) and a elegant chest/basket for Wish Tag storage.
Bay Tree Hire
Our high quality range of Bay Trees are a great way for you to enhance your wedding venue. You can use Trees at the entrance to the church or inside the church at either end of the aisle. We encourage Brides to take the trees from the church to the wedding venue to place them at the entrance to or in the venue – we love it when our brides get the maximum out of our styling items!
